The technique and algorithm of calculation of mechanical reliability of capacitive pressure capacitor sensors for information measurement control system of propulsion system are shown. The results has allowed to provide the declared metrological characteristics and to increase reliability of developed capacitive pressure sensors of information measurement control system.
